Orlean Fuel: Supplement Your Stupidity
Walk into any supplement store and you’re hit with a wall of shiny labels and promises: Gain muscle. Burn fat. Recover faster. Think sharper. Sleep deeper. You'll think you need a pharmacy degree just to lift weights. All promising superhuman results, which I rarely see out there.
The only thing getting stronger is the bank account of the people selling it, or, to be honest, the people who make the idiots sell it for them.
If your training is on point, your food is clean, and your sleep is consistent, you don’t need any of that crap.
The fitness industry doesn’t sell health. It sells insecurity. It sells shortcuts to people who don’t want to face themselves.
Let’s be honest...
Protein supplements? Just eat protein. Steak. Eggs. Fish. Chicken.
Pre-workout? You know what works? Breathing deeply, putting on your shoes and moving your body. Electrolyte drinks? Brain-enhancing nootropics? Zero difference. Water works.
Strength enhancers? That’s called progressive overload and eating real food. Protein is the ultimate strength enhancer.
Recovery? Sleep. Breathe. Stretch. Hydrate. Movement.
Wellness blends? Eat your fruits and vegetables. Touch grass. Go outside.
Fat loss pills? Try not eating processed garbage and walking every day. Basic.
Brain boosters? Stretch. Breathe. Hydrate. Oxygen is free and powerful. Get some.
Sleep aids? Move enough during the day and your body will beg for rest. Stop sleep walking through life. Read my article titled ‘The Most Simple Article On Sleep You’ll Ever Read In Your Life’ and dial that in.
Hormonal support? Lift heavy, eat well, get sunlight, and reduce stress. Stop falling for this stuff.
Hydration powders? Water. Just drink water. You’re not a Formula 1 car.
Specialty “biohacks”? You’re not broken, you’re just being lazy and you're distracted.
These people want to sell you garbage.
They don’t know if the lab results are legit.
They don’t use this stuff long-term and track outcomes with bloodwork.
They don’t have in depth data from the training sessions they've done over an extended period of time.
They’re part of a stupid culture, and you’re the next stupid customer.
I’ve used protein powders. I tried it back in the day to gain weight. Two seasons of it.
Then I stopped, because I realized all I needed to do was eat more real food.
Once I prioritized protein in my meals to hit my goals, I got exactly the results I wanted.
No tubs. No scoops. No BS.
Let’s flip the script. Let’s talk about what actually works. Stretch your body, stretch your mind. Just think about it.
To reclaim your health, without overcomplicating it, you need to strip away all the things that are packaged, processed, and produced.
Get raw. Get natural. Because if you don’t, you’ll become the product, and you won’t even know it.
What a sad reality.
You'll be spiritually shelved, just another processed, lifeless cog in the system instead of a thriving, beautiful, living, breathing, human being.
You must train with purpose. Move. Lift. Stretch. Sweat. Sprint.
You don’t need a pill, a powder or a potion. You need consistency and intensity.
Get it from the farm. Get it from the garden. Cook your food. Know your food. Join the process of life.
That brain fog? It’s not a supplement deficiency. It’s a movement, oxygen, and hydration deficiency.
The Wright Brothers flew the first airplane in 1903. Not that long ago in historical context.
Our bodies were forged by fire, stone, dirt, wind, cold, and sun, not by exotic berries from a faraway rainforest.
That exotic berry couldn’t even make it’s way to your hip, trendy cafe or goofy grocery store unless it sat on a boat for many days or months at a time,
The idea that some magic spice or sacred leaf is going to fix your health or laziness is absolutely insane.
These people want to sell you dreams. And I hate them with a burning passion.
It’s over. It’s done. Do the right things. Stop eating bullsh*t. Stop believing them. Do the real work.
You don’t need more supplements. You need ownership.
You need a natural, free, simple, healthy, active lifestyle, with food from a farm or garden and a body that moves and a mind that’s willing to do the work.
That's all, folks.
