It’s All Working Out: Deep Roots, Strong Hold

In a world obsessed with surface-level hacks and shortcuts, most people never learn how to solve the real problems in their lives. They patch symptoms, repeat cycles, and stay stuck wondering why nothing truly changes. But life doesn’t shift until you get to the root.

And getting to the root? That requires something most people never train: curiosity at an unbelievable level.

When something in your life isn’t working, whether it’s your body, your business, your finances, your relationships, you have to go beyond symptoms and understand the system. Everything that’s visible above the surface started somewhere deep below it.

Getting to the root means you:
Reverse engineer.
Follow the trail of patterns.
Untie and re-tie the process behind the outcome.

This is how you rework a broken system into one that actually produces results, not just once, but consistently.

Most people can’t solve problems because they never sit long enough with the questions.

I do an exercise called 1000 Questions.

It’s just what it sounds like, write out 1000 questions you have about your life, your goals, your pain, your process.

Here’s what happens: Most people can’t even get to 300, and few even get to 500, if that.

That reveals something powerful, that life isn’t as complex as we think.

What would even inspire a genuine, thoughtful question, where we are truly curious of the answer… we don’t have as many as we think.

It unfolds in sequences.

Once you start to detect the patterns, repeat them, and eventually create them, you move from confusion to clarity.

You stop reacting. You start engineering.

Nature doesn't rush, but it never fails.

When you plant a seed, it goes into darkness. It’s hidden, quiet, and easy to forget about.

But the roots must grow down and take hold, before anything can sprout up and eventually bloom.

This is where most people quit.

They stop watering the seed. They stop showing up and giving it sunlight. They let their impatience destroy what was quietly forming.

That’s the test.

The work that matters happens beneath the surface, before results, applause, or fruit show up.

That’s where faith is built.

That’s where you learn what it means to be a problem solver in the unseen.

Water. Sunlight. Patience.

Every area of your life, from fitness, finance, family, faith, creativity, grows the same way:

You plant the seed.

You water it with attention, intention, and discipline.

You give it sunlight through energy, warmth, and belief.

You wait, not passively, but faithfully.

This is the real secret: Patience isn’t waiting, it’s working while trusting.

If you keep facing the same surface issues, the answer is usually simple, you haven’t gone deep enough.

You haven’t stayed long enough. You’re digging up the seed before it ever had a chance to sprout. It’ll never be able to bloom.

The laws of nature are the laws of the universe, and they’re the laws of you.

When you understand that, everything in your life begins to make sense.

The delay has purpose. The pain has process. The darkness isn’t punishment, it’s preparation.

You don’t need more noise. You need to understand your nature.

The root is where your power lives.

And once you solve things there? Nothing can shake what grows.
